Organizing Your Work

Throughout these learning modules, you will complete various activities, reflections, and assignments. To help you organize your work and prepare it for review, we will use a standardized folder structure. Please use your TWU Google Drive account for this course.

Required Folder Structure

In the location of your choice, please create the following hierarchy of folders. It is crucial to name the folders exactly as shown to ensure your work is organized correctly.

1. Create a main folder for the course:
   AI-Literacy-OER
2. Inside that folder, create a personal folder:
   [YourLastName] AI Portfolio-Fall 2025
   (Example: Pioneer AI Portfolio-Fall 2025)
3. Inside your personal folder, you will create a new folder for each module you complete:
   • Module-1
   • Module-2
   • Module-3
   • (and so on…)

When you complete an assignment, save the file with a descriptive name inside the appropriate module folder. For example, short answer responses for the first module would be saved as:

AI-Literacy-OER/Pioneer-AI-Portfolio-Fall-2025/Module-1/Short-Answers.docx

TWU Gemini Account

Please use your official TWU Gemini account for all assignments and activities in this course. Using a personal account is not permitted for course activities.

• Website: Go to gemini.google.com
• Login: When prompted, sign in with your full TWU email address (username@twu.edu) and password.
• Course Requirement: All homework, exercises, and activities for this course must be completed using your logged-in TWU Gemini account.
• Benefits of Use: Your TWU account provides a secure experience where your data is protected and not shared with Google’s public models. It also grants access to specific features for higher education.

Submitting Your Work

As you complete the modules, save your work into the corresponding sub-folders. When you have completed all six modules and your portfolio is complete, you must formally submit it for review by filling out our completion form.
