📘 How to Complete This Module
Each module is designed to be interactive and layered. To complete it successfully, follow the steps below in order:
1. Read, Watch, and Explore
- Read all chapter text carefully.
- Watch or skim any embedded videos and review any linked resources provided within chapters.
- These materials together form the full content of the module.
2. Complete Interactive Activities
- Throughout each module, you will encounter H5P activities (interactive quizzes, reflections, or exercises).
- Complete each activity as you progress through the chapters. These are designed to check your understanding and keep you engaged, but answers are not collected or graded.
3. Respond to Reflection Prompts
Reflection Journal Instructions
- Within the chapters, you will see green reflection boxes with prompts.
- Write your responses in a single running Google Doc titled
LastName_FirstName_ReflectionJournal. - Label each reflection with the appropriate chapter number (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.)
- You will add to this document each week as you move through the course.
- In the final Do / Due chapter of the module, you must compile all reflections into a single document (properly labeled), append a summary statement, and upload the document to your Module 1 Folder
4. Final Chapter: ✅ Do / Due Homework
At the end of each module, the final Do / Due chapter contains three required assignments:
Experiment with AI + Quiz
- Log into your TWU Google Gemini account and complete the assigned AI experiment described in the Do / Due chapter.
- After experimenting, complete the Google Forms multiple-choice quiz linked in the Do / Due chapter. This quiz reviews the module’s key concepts.
Short Answer Prompts
- Choose 3 out of 4 prompts provided in the Do / Due chapter.
- Write your answers in a Google Doc (a few paragraphs each).
- Save the file and upload it to your designated Module 1 folder in Google Drive.
Weekly Reflection Journal Compilation
- Gather all of your reflection responses from the green boxes in this module.
- Ensure they are organized by chapter (e.g., 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 …) in your Reflection Journal document.
- Add a 5–7 sentence summary highlighting:
- One idea that changed your thinking.
- One question you still have.
- Save your Reflection Journal document as a PDF or Google Doc and upload it to your Module 1 folder in Google Drive.
By following these steps, you will complete all required tasks for the module and be prepared for the next one.
